Not only do we specialize in providing customer service as our #1 priority, but also strive to find trendy & affordable clothing for women. We are seeking a self-motivated, hardworking individual to join our team, do you have it?
- Must be able to work (Tuesday-Friday 10-3:30, Some Saturdays 10-2) - Even if you cannot work every day T-F, please send us your schedule of availability.
- Must have Holiday Availability (In December we are open Mondays 10-6 & Saturday 10-3)
- Experience in retail is not required, but preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
- Outgoing Personality
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to always keep a professional demeanor for customers & other staff
Day - to - Day Responsibilities:
- Social Media Marketing (IG & FB)
- Opening the store and working until the next shift comes in
- Make sales and assist customers as needed
- Wrapping Gifts
- Steaming Inventory
- E-commerce Fulfillment (fulfilling orders placed online)
- Keeping the store fresh (clean, organized, displaying & arrangement of items)
- Partner with co-workers on new ideas, marketing strategies, photos.
A Sales Associate is responsible for making sure our customers are treated like family.
