Shipping Policy

We offer FREE, USPS ground shipping to the U.S.  Your order will be processed within 2 days of receiving the order. Shipping usually takes 2-4 days depending on your location. 

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of placing your order (We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or Monday). Orders are shipped from Donalsonville, GA. Please do not contact us on when your order will be shipped, unless it has been past 3 business days. You will receive a shipment email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

We do currently offer priority shipping for $15. These orders are processed much faster.

Orders cannot be canceled after being placed.

If you do not enter a discount code during a sale, the discount will NOT be applied or refunded later. It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the code and choose "APPLY CODE" before "CHECKOUT."

Please double check your shipping address! Once the package has been shipped, you will be charged to double ship if the address is entered wrong!

HoneyBee Boutique is NOT responsible for items lost in transit! If your package has been lost, you must file a claim with the USPS for information on the package. 

 

-If you wish for an exchange and your size is unavailable a store credit will be issued.

-Store Credit expires after 90 days and is Final Sale. Once returning an item for store credit, you will be issued a code via email, to use at checkout. 

-Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving.
